Full Time Recruiter Management

Our Managed Staffing Services can also be easily customized to augment your currnent hiring process. We place ourselves between your company and the potential candidates, and act as a prequalifier to assure your recruiters only see qualified candiates, prescreened. We offer complete security and backround checks if needed.

The number of responses your company receives from advertisements, job postings and other sources to generate hiring prospects can create an overwhelming number of resumes to sift through. Your valuable recruiters time is wasted with unqalified candidates, and sifting through the preverbial hay stack to find the one resume for the matching candidate just hired by someone else because you found them to late.

Let us sift through and warehouse your resumes. Our pre screeners with only allow resumes of qualified candidates to get through to your recruiting staff. The unused resumes are catigorized and stored for you in a private searchable database for future use by you only.

Included in MSS is our Pay Rolling Service (PRS). This service allows your company to have an engagement period with perspective permanent employees. The turnover rate nationwide for first year employees is over 50%. By utilizing PRS you can reduce the risk of hiring the wrong person. During the temporary period we will employ the candidate, that you have located, and contract them to your company. We handle all of the paperwork, administration, payroll, and benefits issues and you can to have a trial period with an employee. With PRS letting a candidate go who is not working out is easy, you call us and we remove them from your contract. This eliminates severance, unemployment compensation, and unpleasant task of dismissing an employee. Similarly if you should decide to make the candidate a full time employee of your company we would just move them from our payroll to yours at no extra cost. This is simply the best way to insure that your hires will meet your expectations.
