Our Managed Staffing Services can also be easily customized to
augment your currnent hiring process. We place ourselves between
your company and the potential candidates, and act as a prequalifier
to assure your recruiters only see qualified candiates, prescreened.
We offer complete security and backround checks if needed.

we will employ the candidate, that you have located, and contract them to your
company. We handle all of the paperwork, administration, payroll, and benefits
issues and you can to have a trial period with an employee. With PRS letting a
candidate go who is not working out is easy, you call us and we remove them from
your contract. This eliminates severance, unemployment compensation, and
unpleasant task of dismissing an employee. Similarly if you should decide to
make the candidate a full time employee of your company we would just move them
from our payroll to yours at no extra cost. This is simply the best way to
